ZUZE

– – – –

Zuze started in Toronto 2016 when Canadian-born son of Iranian immigrants and his multi-instrumentalist friend Bruce Mackinnon joined forces to investigate folk, pop, and cabaret melodies of Iran. Quickly blossoming into a collective of 10+ musicians, Zuze pushes along the edges of jazz and folk, reimagining old tunes as cultural ambassadors in a new world.
